Together, we’ll explore:
• Resilience strategies for mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being
• Identity as a source of strength
• Staying grounded in uncertain or hostile environments
• The role of community in sustaining and protecting us
We’re excited to welcome back Lex Horwitz (he/him), a nationally recognized educator and advocate known for creating affirming spaces for queer and trans communities. Lex brings powerful energy, personal storytelling, and practical strategies to help organizations like ours grow in clarity, connection, and confidence.
