Event Description

In honor and celebration of Pride Month, the Equality Ballard Business Resource Group warmly invites you to a special program featuring Lex Horwitz, LGBTQIA+ educator, speaker, and consultant.

Taking Up Space: Self-Care, Self-Love, and Community Care will explore the connection between personal well-being and the communities we build—both in the workplace and beyond. Through a blend of storytelling and engaging educational insights, Lex will share perspectives on:

  • Cultivating self-awareness

  • Building resilience

  • Supporting inclusive, affirming environments 

Interactive elements include:

  • Live trivia 

  • A raffle opportunity, with the winner announced after the program
